有位客人,到店裡尋找chanel的包包,因為這個款式很熱門,所以全台的店內都沒有這個包款,在我為她留資料後,每一天我都會看看各間店鋪的庫存和DISPLAY有沒有她要的包款,2個月過去了,店內終於進一顆一樣的包包,再聯絡客人的時候,她很驚訝我還記得她當初想要的需求,最後她滿意的買下這個包,並稱讚我的服務,因為他相當喜歡CHANEL,所以有遇到不錯的包包我都會和這位客人分享,因此也成交了好幾筆交易
