百貨公司員工上班前遭內部檢查個人包包物品算侵犯隱私權嗎? - 包包

如題:我是百貨公司員工..所上班的百貨硬性規定員工上下班都需背透明提袋..如無背透明提袋....將會被開立罰單.....近日又因不准員工帶早餐進入..強迫檢查員工的私人物品..有種被侵犯的感覺...而且還對帶早餐入內的員工開立一千元的罰單......請問種種不成文的規定是合法的嗎??強迫檢查員工的私人物品...算不算是侵犯了我們的隱私權呢???
