消費者權益問題!! - 包包

最近從購物中心買一個專櫃包,昨天接到電話被告知包包有瑕疵要強制回收,會全額退費加送小袋子做補償,我雖知道有這瑕疵但也告知我能接受,因為我很喜歡這包包,不需要收回,可是對方態度非常強硬一定要收回,我覺得我的權益受損,想請問一下"賣家是否有權利強制收回自家公司的產品,不管消費者的意願?"
