10月27號剛參加了冬季公益路跑成績57分跑完10K一周大約3天會去練跑3-5K不等距離都跑道路河堤邊操場沒跑過看到2014高雄馬拉松資訊想去參加2014.2.16的半程馬拉松賽想去跑超半馬看看大約還有三個半月時間有慢跑老手可以教我該如何訓練嗎?我身高177體重75在想是否要讓體重降到70這樣腳負擔比較小呢?我
